Instructions: Place the Glowing Shutter Shades under a bright light source, direct sunlight or a UV black light to charge. They will glow for approximately 30 minutes until having to be charged again. Note: Glow Shutter Shades glow blue under a UV black light. Once away from the black light they will glow bright green again.
