Return & Refund Policy
At Party Glowz, we believe in adhering to stringent quality standards and quality checks for all the orders that we ship as we strive to cause minimum inconvenience to all our customers.
We want the customers to be happy with their purchases from Partyglowz.com. Returns of unopened, unused merchandise within 15 days of order receipt is allowed but there will be 25% restocking fee along with $15 return shipping charges and any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order will not be refunded. In case the item(s) delivered in the order are damaged, then share a picture and video of the damaged items with us to get either full refund or complete replacement. Please use an insured carrier to ship the items back.
In case of customised orders, the item(s) are non returnable and non-refundable. However, if the customer has received the product(s) which were damaged during shipping then the customer needs to share a picture or a video of the damaged goods and our team would then inspect the order for exchange of the goods. Upon inspection, if the team qualifies the order for exchange of the customised goods then the same would be delivered to the customer free of cost.
Please report any merchandise shortages or defects within 15 days ofplacing the order to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on (800) 448 9719. We will fix it right away.
Partyglowz.com sells high-quality products that meet the most rigorous standards for production quality. We only sell fresh, top-quality products, and we expect them to perform as described. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to make the refund (after deducting restocking fee) if you return your products unopened, in new condition, and with the original packaging.
If you need to return the items, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee along with a $15 return shipping fee. The restocking fee can be waived off for exchanges. Paid shipping is non-refundable.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your item to request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We generally do not pay for return shipping unless we made an error in your initial order. Returns received without an RMA number will be returned to you. Expedited and other paid shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days from the return of your package for us to issue your refund.
A more elaborate policy has been explained below as per the different scenarios which the customer faces with the order return and replacement.
Damaged or Defective Products Received?
We do impeccable packing for all the orders to ensure that your product(s) arrive in perfect condition. On rare occasions, however, accidents and mishandling may happen during shipping once it leaves our warehouse. If you have received a product that was damaged in shipping, or you find that some of your glow products were activated in shipping, please keep all the products in their original packaging materials and contact us immediately by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at 1-800-448-9719. Send us a proof of the damaged products via picture(s) or video. Unfortunately, we can't accept transit damage claims more than 5 days after your glow and light up products are delivered or if you have discarded the original packaging materials.
After inspection of the proofs provided, 100% refund (including shipping fee) or free replacement would be initiated as per your choice.
Items missing from the order?
In case, you haven't received the complete order and products are found missing in it then do not worry as we are there to help you out. To get assistance for the same contact us by sending an email at email@example.com or by calling us at 1-800-448-9719. Send us a picture(s) or video of the delivered order in its original packaging and share the details of the missing products. After inspection of the proofs provided, you can choose between 100% refund for the missing products or free delivery of the same. Paid shipping fee is non-refundable.
Wrong Product delivered?
In case, you have received wrong products which were not a part of your order then do not worry as we are there to help you out. To get assistance for the same contact us by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at 1-800-448-9719. Send us a picture(s) or video of the delivered order in its original packaging and share the details of the wrong items which were delivered to you. After inspection of the pictures of wrong products against your original order, you can choose between 100% refund for the missing products or free delivery of the same. Paid shipping fee is non-refundable.
Products Not as Expected?
Partyglowz.com will not accept returns of used merchandise. You must send a picture/ video to initiate the return of such an order and you have to bear a $15 return shipping fee. If the products are not in their original packaging or seem used then a 25% restocking fee would be charged on the order. Paid shipping fee is non-refundable.
Customer make a mistake while placing the order?
If you have made a mistake while placing an order then send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-448-9719 to help us resolve the issue. If you need to return the items, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee can be waived off for exchanges. Paid shipping fee is non-refundable.
Note: All the items returned to our warehouse would go through stringent quality checks before the release of refunds on all the orders. Party Glowz hold the right to cancel the refund in case used products, missing/damaged products, damage to the original packaging, missing tags are found in the order items returned to the team. The products can then be reshipped to you if you agree on bearing a $7 shipping fee.
